Applications - Town Centre Radio
The town centre radio sector has been taken by storm by our SafetyNet radio control system winning over the simple shop watch repeater radio schemes traditionally used in this sector. The customer now wants more than a basic radio scheme and SafetyNet gives them the control over the radio network and users required in today's environment of enhanced security. Demand on a radio communications network have never been higher.
Our sales team lead by Sales Director David Horton, can offer a range of finance options providing town centre and retail radio scheme managers with a number of options to reduce the cost of ownership and capital investment to a minimum whist optimising income.
PMR Products offer powerful features using the right radio equipment chosen to give the users enhanced functions without compromising the important factors of; ease of operation and reliable communications. By adding the SafetyNet control system a simple basic communications network can be turned into a sophisticated and powerful tool for managing the fleet and users. SafetyNet Manager 4 now provides an invoicing function and statistics facility for analysing utilisation of the network.
SafetyNet Manager integrates all of your radio schemes together into one system and for smaller schemes provides all the background functions without the need for an operator. All audio is recorded and specific functions (alarms, logging on and off) can be handled automatically thorugh our automatic voice reponses facilities.
In larger retail schemes many control rooms are often littered with several pieces of communication equipment provided from different suppliers all terminating at a different box in a busy control room or CCTV centre. Staff often are expected to monitor several channels at once, often in different physical locations.
With SafetyNet Manager all of these boxes disappear and all radio channels can be monitored from one location. Under simple control from a PC screen, audio channels can be monitored for all activity and only calls which need to be directed to an operator can be selected and the audio path enabled to a headset of desk microphone.
Safety of users is handled through personal alarms and status messages sent from a single push button on a radio which can be programmed to indicate that assistance is required at several different levels of importance. These can be presented to an operator in a control room in a simple form where they can make intelligent decision on what action is needed through a database indicating who that user is and what help they may require. Safety features are provided to monitor lone workers and ensure that they are responding to regular checks automatically issued from SafetyNet.
Integrity of the radio scheme is provided through the management of terminals which can be disabled over the air and with a complete archive of all call activity and the recording of all audio, SafetyNet offers a complete solution.
With customers switching to SafetyNet, our network is growing fast with over 30s chemes currently active and new ones being added at a rate of 1 major scheme per month.
Now PMR Products can include smaller towns into larger schemes through internet connections as well proving the advantage of central call handling even outlying suburbs. Using VoIP technology these links can be provided with very low running costs.
Service with 24/7 support is available to our customers offering a complete whole of lifetime service with a range if finance options to give meet your funding requirements.
